Is Carzle legit? How Carzle works
Carzle is a UAE car marketplace run by Carzle Portal, which holds Dubai E-Trader licence No. 1616497 issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Before a showroom can list cars, Carzle checks it is a real business with a real UAE showroom and cars in stock. You deal with the showroom directly, and Carzle holds no deposits.

Carzle in short
Carzle is a directory that connects car buyers with UAE showrooms. Before Carzle creates a showroom account, it checks that the showroom is a real business, that it has a real physical showroom location in the UAE, and that it has real cars in stock. Each listing is then published by that showroom, and your enquiry goes straight to it. The sale, the price and the payment all happen between you and the showroom. Carzle does not sell cars, does not hold deposits or run escrow, does not audit trade licences against the issuing authority, and does not inspect individual cars or guarantee their condition. So the safe approach still applies: confirm the showroom's licence on the official UAE register, ask for an independent inspection before you pay a deposit, and pay only the licensed business named on your invoice.
What Carzle does
- Publishes cars from UAE showrooms in one searchable place, with specs, photos and the asking price.
- Sends your enquiry straight to the showroom that holds the car.
- Checks each showroom before onboarding: a real business, a real physical showroom location in the UAE, and real cars in stock. Only then does the Carzle team create the account.
- Accepts listings only from showroom accounts. Public sign-up creates buyer accounts only.
- Shows which showrooms are on Carzle and how many cars each one has, on the verified dealers page.
What Carzle does not do
- Carzle does not hold deposits or run escrow. No payment for a car passes through Carzle.
- Carzle does not sell cars. The seller is always the showroom.
- Carzle does not guarantee a vehicle's condition, history or mileage. Listing details come from the showroom.
- Carzle does not audit trade licences against the issuing authority, and it does not inspect individual cars. Its onboarding check covers the showroom, not each vehicle.
How to check a dealer yourself
A trade licence is public information. Before you visit or pay a showroom, look it up on an official UAE register.
- Ask the showroom for its trade name and trade licence number, or find them on its invoice or website.
- Search the licence number or business name on an official register (links below).
- Check that the licence is active and that the trade name matches the name on the invoice you will receive.
- If the showroom is licensed in a free zone, ask which authority issued the licence, because the Dubai tools do not cover free zones. If the details do not match, or the showroom will not share them, walk away.
Paying safely
- Pay only the licensed business named on the invoice or sales agreement. Never pay a personal account or a third party.
- Get an itemised written invoice or receipt that shows the business name and licence number.
- Have the car checked by an independent inspector before you pay a deposit, not after.
- Do not send money to Carzle for a car. Carzle does not take payments for vehicles.

The verified dealers page lists every active showroom with its live car count, and shows Licence on file only where a showroom has uploaded its trade licence.
