How dealers-only works

Carzle is a dealers-only car marketplace. Before it creates a showroom account, Carzle checks that the showroom is a real business, that it has a real physical showroom location in the UAE, and that it has real cars in stock. Only then does the Carzle team create the account, and a listing can only be published from one of those accounts. The public sign-up page creates buyer accounts only, which can save cars and send enquiries but cannot list a vehicle. When you enquire, your message goes straight to the showroom, and the sale happens between you and that showroom. Carzle does not audit trade licences against the issuing authority and does not inspect individual cars. Where a showroom has uploaded its trade licence, this page marks it Licence on file, which means the document is on file with us.

What Licence on file means

A showroom is marked Licence on file when it has uploaded its trade licence to Carzle. It is a record, not an official check, and Carzle does not publish dealers' licence numbers. To confirm a licence is active, search it yourself on the official UAE register.

Yes. Every listing is published from a UAE showroom's account. Carzle has no private seller listings, and public sign-up creates buyer accounts only.

Before creating the account, Carzle checks that the showroom is a real business, that it has a real physical showroom location in the UAE, and that it has real cars in stock. A buyer account cannot list a vehicle, so private sellers cannot publish cars.

Ask the showroom for its trade name and licence number, then search it on the National Economic Register or on the UAE Government's Verify business licences page, which lists the Dubai tools. Make sure the licence is active and the name matches your invoice.
Who do I deal with when I buy a car?
The showroom. Your enquiry goes to the showroom that holds the car, and you agree the sale and payment with them directly. Carzle does not sell cars, hold deposits or run escrow.
