Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Carzle.ae as a buyer or visitor. By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Nature of Service

Carzle Portal (Trade Licence No. 1616497) operates Carzle.ae, a curated marketplace for luxury, performance and limited-production cars across the UAE. Every showroom on the platform is a verified, licensed UAE dealer - we do not list private sellers, and every car is measured against our eligibility standard before it appears.

We are not a car dealership, automotive broker or auctioneer. We do not own, sell, inspect or warrant any vehicle listed on the platform.

All sales, negotiations and vehicle transfers happen directly between you (the Buyer) and the showroom (the Dealer). Carzle acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting buyers to verified dealers.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any contact feature on this platform. By using Carzle.ae, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Buyer accounts are created with your name, email and phone number, with your phone number verified by a one-time passcode (OTP). Once signed in, you can save favourites, compare cars side by side, keep a view history, and (soon) set price-drop alerts on cars you're watching.

3. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

No warranty.We do not verify the mechanical condition, odometer accuracy, accident history or legal title of any vehicle. Listings are provided "as is" by the dealer.

Financial protection. Carzle is not liable for any financial loss, deposits paid to a dealer, or repair costs. We do not facilitate payments and will never ask you for bank details or card information for a vehicle purchase.

Platform availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Listings may be removed, modified or become unavailable at any time without notice.

Dispute resolution. Any dispute over a vehicle purchase is strictly between you and the dealer. You agree to release Carzle and its operators from any claims arising from such transactions.

4. Buyer Due Diligence

To help you transact safely, we strongly recommend that every buyer:

  • Arrange a professional mechanical inspection before purchase.
  • Complete an RTA technical inspection before any transfer of ownership.
  • Verify the vehicle's history through official UAE government portals (EVG or MOI).
  • Never send a reservation deposit without visiting the showroom and seeing the car in person.
  • Confirm the dealer's trade licence before entering into any financial agreement.

5. Prohibited Conduct

By using Carzle.ae, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law.
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries to a dealer.
  • Spam, harass or abuse dealers or platform staff through any contact channel.
  • Scrape, copy or reproduce listing data through automated means.
  • Impersonate another person or create an account under a false identity.
  • Interfere with the technical operation of the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or a permanent ban, without notice.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Carzle may suspend or permanently terminate any buyer account at its sole discretion, including where a user has violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct harmful to a dealer, another user, or the platform. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

7. Contacting a Dealer

When you use the Call or WhatsApp option on a listing, you reach the dealer directly through your own phone or WhatsApp - Carzle does not relay your message or sit in the middle of the conversation. We record that the enquiry happened so dealers can see interest in their cars. If you are signed in to a Carzle account, your account name and phone number are shown to that dealer alongside the enquiry so they can follow up. If you are browsing without an account, none of your contact details are captured or shared.

8. Data & Privacy

We also collect certain usage data and cookieless analytics to improve the platform experience. 9. Intellectual Property

The Carzle name, brand and logo are the property of the operator. Automated scraping, crawling or unauthorised copying of any data, listings or images from this platform is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action under UAE law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carzle, its operators, employees and partners from any claims, losses, damages or legal costs arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via a banner on the platform or by email where applicable. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, or your use of the platform, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
