These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Carzle.ae as a buyer or visitor. By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms in full. --- 1. Nature of Service Carzle.ae (Carzle Portal TL No:1616497) is a digital marketplace for vehicle listings. We are not a car dealership, automotive broker, or auctioneer. We do not own, sell, or inspect the vehicles listed on this platform. All sales, negotiations, and vehicle transfers occur directly between you (the Buyer) and the third-party seller (the Dealer). Carzle.ae acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and dealers. --- 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any contact features on this platform. By using Carzle.ae, you confirm that you meet this requirement. --- 3. No Responsibility & Limitation of Liability No Warranty: We do not verify the mechanical condition, odometer accuracy, accident history, or legal title of any vehicle. Listings are provided "as-is" by the Dealers. Financial Protection: Carzle.ae is not liable for any financial loss, deposits paid to sellers, or repair costs. We do not facilitate payments and will never ask you for bank details or credit card information for a car purchase. Platform Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Listings may be removed, modified, or become unavailable at any time without notice. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding a vehicle purchase is strictly between the Buyer and the Dealer. You agree to release Carzle.ae and its operators from any claims arising from such transactions. --- 4. Buyer Due Diligence To ensure a safe transaction, we strongly recommend that all Buyers: Perform a professional mechanical inspection before purchase. Conduct an RTA Technical Inspection before any transfer of ownership. Verify the vehicle history through official UAE government portals (EVG or MOI). Never send reservation deposits without visiting the showroom and seeing the vehicle in person. Verify the dealer's trade licence before entering into any financial agreement. --- 5. Prohibited Conduct By using Carzle.ae you agree not to: Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries to dealers. Spam, harass, or abuse dealers or platform staff through any contact channel. Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce listing data through automated means. Impersonate another person or create accounts under false identities. Interfere with the technical operation of the platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice. --- 6. Account Suspension & Termination Carzle.ae reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any buyer account at its sole discretion, including where a user has violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct harmful to dealers, other users, or the platform. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. --- 7. Data Sharing & Privacy When you click "WhatsApp" or "Call" on a listing, a consent prompt will confirm that your name and phone number will be shared with the relevant Dealer solely to facilitate your enquiry. Your contact details are not shared without this confirmation. We also collect certain usage data and analytics to improve the platform experience. Intellectual Property The Carzle name, brand, and logo are the property of the operator. Automated scraping, crawling, or unauthorised copying of any data, listings, or images from this platform is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action under UAE law. --- 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carzle.ae, its operators, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law. --- 10. Modifications to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via a banner on the platform or by email where applicable. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. --- 11. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect. --- 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
