Real dealer asking prices for 14 Rolls-Royce Cullinans on Carzle, split into used and brand-new, with what changed in the Series II and whether Black Badge is worth it.
Dealer asking prices for a Rolls-Royce Cullinan on Carzle in October 2026 run from AED 899,000 for a 2019 car with 55,508 km to AED 2,490,000 for a brand-new 2026 Black Badge. Used cars (2019 to 2023) sit between AED 899,000 and AED 1,299,000, while cars with delivery mileage (2025 to 2026) start at AED 1,795,000.
Fourteen Cullinans are listed right now, so the market is wide enough to see what age, mileage and badge actually do to the price. Everything below comes from those listings.
The split that matters most is not the year, it is the odometer. Cars showing under 100 km have not been used in any real sense, so they are brand new and are priced as such. They are kept separate from the used cars below.
Used (2019 to 2023), AED 899,000 to AED 1,299,000:
New or delivery mileage (2025 to 2026), AED 1,795,000 to AED 2,490,000:

Read the two lists together and a pattern shows. The cheapest new Cullinan listed, at AED 1,795,000 with 70 km, is AED 896,000 above the cheapest used car (the 2019 at AED 899,000) and AED 496,000 above the dearest used one (the 2023 Black Badge at AED 1,299,000). Between the used Black Badge cars, the 2022 car at 60,000 km is AED 209,000 below the 2023 car at 36,783 km.
These are two data points per group, not a trend line, and every car has its own specification and options, so treat the gaps as a guide to where the market sits rather than a rule. For wider context on how luxury models hold value, see our guide to the cars with the best resale value in the UAE.
Rolls-Royce announced the Cullinan Series II and the Black Badge Cullinan Series II in press releases dated 7 May 2024. Its own list of changes is mostly design and interior, with the engine carried over.
In practice, a Series II is easiest to spot by the illuminated grille and the new lower intakes. Two Cullinans on Carzle show Series II details: a 2026 car listed as Series II at AED 2,249,000, and a 2019 car listed with a Series II-style facelift at AED 899,000. A 2019 car is a Series I by build year, so a Series II look means the car was updated after it left the factory. If you are drawn to that car, ask what was changed, who carried out the work, and whether there are records.
The Silver Badge name does not appear in the Rolls-Royce releases we opened, so we describe the two Silver Badge cars as they are listed and make no claim about what separates them from other trims. Where a listing shows Standard or no clear trim, we have not guessed one.
On the used side, the 2023 Black Badge (AED 1,299,000, 36,783 km) is AED 104,000 above the 2023 Silver Badge (AED 1,195,000, 11,000 km), even though it has more than three times the mileage. That suggests buyers do pay extra for the badge.
On the new side the gap is much larger. The lowest new Black Badge listed is AED 2,389,000, against AED 1,829,000 for the new Silver Badge, a difference of AED 560,000. Against the new car with no recorded trim at AED 1,795,000, the difference is AED 594,000.
What does the money buy? Rolls-Royce describes the Black Badge as a more visceral interpretation of the Cullinan, and its release lists darker exterior detailing and Technical Carbon trim retained from the original Black Badge Cullinan. The V12 output it quotes, 600PS, is a Black Badge figure, and we did not verify a matching figure for the other trims, so we do not compare power across the range.
A Cullinan is a large, heavy car with a lot of electronics and trim, so the usual used-car risks are magnified. Start with the paperwork, then the car.
