A year-by-year look at G 63 asking prices on Carzle, from 2022 used cars to brand-new 2026, with what changed in the 2024 update.
A Mercedes-AMG G 63 costs from AED 599,000 for a 2022 car with 64,000 km to AED 1,195,000 for a brand-new 2026 car, based on dealer asking prices on Carzle in October 2026. The 2022 to 2024 cars sit between AED 599,000 and AED 765,000, and a brand-new 2026 starts at AED 1,029,000.
This guide goes year by year, because the model year is what moves the price most. Twelve G-Class cars are listed on Carzle right now: seven G 63 AMG, plus five Brabus-tuned cars covered at the end.
We cannot follow one car through its life, but we can line up cars of different ages that are for sale today. Here is each G 63 AMG on Carzle, by model year.
Compare the entry point of each group. A brand-new 2026 at AED 1,029,000 is about 35% above a 2024 car at AED 765,000 and about 72% above the cheapest 2022 car. Put the other way round, the cheapest 2022 car is about 42% below the cheapest new 2026. The step from 2022 to 2024 is smaller than the step from 2024 to a new car.
Mileage explains part of the pattern: the 2022 cars have 64,000 km and 70,000 km, the 2024 cars 14,000 km and 18,000 km. Options and colour explain the rest, and we cannot see either in the data. Read these as market positions, not a depreciation schedule.
The 2022 cars are the cheapest G 63s on Carzle, at AED 599,000 and AED 665,000, but both have 64,000 km or more. The two 2024 cars at AED 765,000 are AED 100,000 to AED 166,000 higher and have a quarter of the mileage.
For most buyers that 2024 pair is the middle ground. They cost well under a new car, and they carry low mileage for their age. Our guide to the cars with the best resale value in the UAE covers how the G-Class compares on resale.
One caution on the 2024 cars: the G 63 was updated in 2024 (see below), and the listings do not record the build date. If the update matters to you, ask the dealer which version the car is.
The 2025 model year has one G 63 on Carzle: AED 1,030,000 with 12,000 km. It costs almost exactly the same as the cheapest new 2026 at AED 1,029,000, which tells you that low mileage alone does not guarantee a discount. Ask what the 2025 car has that justifies matching a new one.
Following our rule, a car under 100 km is brand new and should be valued as a new car. By that measure, the new G 63 cars on Carzle are the two 2026 cars at 0 km, at AED 1,029,000 and AED 1,195,000. The AED 166,000 gap between them is a specification question, and the listings do not record the trim, so ask the dealer what accounts for it.
If you want to spend more than that, the next step up is Brabus territory, covered below.
The G 63 was updated in 2024. The Mercedes-Benz G-Class site for the current G 63 gives its power as 430 kW (585 hp) and 850 Nm from the 4.0-litre V8 biturbo, the same figures Mercedes-Benz published for the original G 63 in 2018. What it adds is a starter generator, which it says is fitted to the engine for the first time. It also lists the MBUX multimedia system with augmented reality navigation and an off-road display.
The starter generator is a small electric assist on a petrol V8. The G 63 stays a petrol car, with no plug. Press coverage of the update (Goodwood, 26 March 2024) also described a 48-volt system and redesigned styling details; check anything beyond the Mercedes-Benz figures above against the car in front of you.
The practical point: the 2022 cars predate this update, the 2026 cars include it, and the 2024 cars could be either. This is the main reason to check the build date on a 2024 car.
Five Brabus-tuned G-Class cars are also listed on Carzle, and they sit well above the G 63 range:
