Functional & Analytical Storage We use local storage to improve your browsing experience. These are only activated if you click Accept All. carzle_recently_viewed - Displays the last cars you viewed. Stored in LocalStorage. cz_imp - Prevents duplicate view counts on car listings. Stored in SessionStorage. 2. A. Analytics — Traffic Attribution Carzle records the traffic source (e.g., Direct, Instagram, Google) for listing page views. This is a server-side classification stored against the anonymous event record - no cookie is set for this purpose. If you decline cookies, your IP address and browser fingerprint are anonymized, but the traffic source category (e.g., "Direct") is still recorded as it contains no personal data. We store a category, not the raw URL. It is for dealer analytics only, not advertising. It is not PII and does not require consent. Declining cookies still anonymizes your IP/UA. 3. Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics 4 via GTM) We utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our platform. These cookies are only activated if you click Accept All. Prior to consent, Google tracking is defaulted to "Denied" under Consent Mode v2.
